Production Manager – Licensed Handbags Division, ICON Luxury Group.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to join our licensed handbags division. This role will oversee the production process from product development and costing through manufacturing, quality control, delivery, and final shipment.The ideal candidate has strong experience in handbag production, vendor management, costing, and factory communication. This person should be detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage production from initial samples through final delivery.Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Sales to ensure product execution meets brand standards, margin goals, and calendar deadlines.Conduct cost analysis, negotiate pricing with factories, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.Oversee production costing, vendor sourcing, and vendor consolidation.Track production status, troubleshoot delays, and ensure timely delivery.Work with vendors to resolve quality issues, non-compliance concerns, claims, and chargebacks.Coordinate with Imports on customs classification and related production requirements.Support senior management in improving production processes, efficiencies, and overall operations.Strategic sourcing and material developmentQualifications5+ years experience in handbags, accessories, or licensed product production preferred.Strong understanding of product development, costing, sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing processes.Excellent communication, follow-up, and vendor management skills.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized, flexible, and able to work cross-functionally.Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Salary range: $110-135K, yearly

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
