About the Role: We are seeking data-driven, operationally sharp Territory Managers to dominate the retail shelves of liquor stores. Your mission: ensure No-Belly Bier is visible, available, and moving off the shelves faster than the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shelf Share & Visibility: Execute FSU (Free Standing Unit) placements and POSM deployment to ensure 100% brand visibility in L-2 and Modern Trade stores.
• Promoter Management: Oversee our on-ground promoter teams. You will manage their weekly sales triggers and our incentive structure to drive secondary sales.
• Inventory & Launch Ops: Manage stock levels meticulously to prevent stock-outs.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing and retail trends, reporting directly to the National Sales Head.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in Off-Trade/Retail sales in the Alcobev (Mandatory).
• Skills: Strong route planning, negotiation tactics, and team management.
• Territory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local excise and retail landscape.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹200,000 PM (Based on experience).
• Incentives: High-growth performance triggers based on volume and shelf-share KPIs.
• Reporting: National Sales Head.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
