Job Responsibilities:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing/Short video creation and editing for marketing/branding projects.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements by the Manager
- Conceptualize visuals and videos based on requirements, and work closely with management to understand and convert their ideas into graphics and videos.
- Hands on experience with, Print Layout Design, Brochure Design, Social Media Creatives, Motion Design, Video Animation, Image Selection, and UI/UX knowledge.
- Develop illustrations, pictures, and other designs using available software
- Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Editing and syncing visuals with audio tracks or recording
- Proficiency with Adobe creative suite which includes Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD & Animation.
- To be able to do Concept Creation, Social Media & Print Media creatives, UI, Leaflets.
- Work closely with Digital marketing team on brief.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Above Lightroom, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and Using Canva Design Software.
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Graduation / Diploma in Graphic Designing.
Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Leave Policy: 21 paid leaves in a year plus 11 festival leaves
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
