Senior Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of performance marketing channels, a data-driven approach to B2B lead generation, and a proven ability to translate campaign insights into measurable business outcomes. This role offers significant scope to shape and own the marketing function within a fast-growing ERP company, working closely with sales and technical teams to drive qualified pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate qualified B2B leads for Odoo and IFS services.
• Manage end-to-end lead generation funnels, including landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion optimisation targeting SME and enterprise decision-makers.
• Develop content for email nurturing, retargeting, and social media to communicate the business value of ERP solutions.
• Monitor and report on key metrics CPA, ROAS, CTR, and MQL volume; delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead.
• Ensure seamless MQL-to-SQL handoff with the sales team and align marketing activities with the ERP implementation pipeline.
• Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building to drive organic visibility and inbound leads.
• Track competitor positioning, industry trends, and buyer behaviour to continuously refine campaign strategy.
• Manage the performance marketing budget across channels to maximise ROI and meet lead targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting.
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Odoo (CRM)/HubSpot.
• Strong content creation skills with the ability to craft messaging targeted at B2B decision-makers.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the ERP, enterprise software, or IT services industry is an added advantage.
