<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong><strong><br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end <strong>email marketing strategy and execution</strong> across cold outreach, nurture, reactivation, and pipeline acceleration programs.</li>
<li>Continuously refine email messaging, sequencing, and targeting to improve <strong>conversion at every stage of the funnel</strong>.</li>
<li>Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies from <strong>MQL to SQL</strong>, and drive data-backed solutions to close gaps.</li>
<li>Design, maintain, and leverage <strong>email and funnel dashboards</strong> to track engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.</li>
<li>Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Sales teams to deliver scalable, repeatable programs.</li>
<li>Lead regional and GTM-specific email initiatives (e.g., country or region-focused campaigns within EMEA, North America, and APAC).</li>
<li>Run structured experimentation across copy, subject lines, cadence design, segmentation, and infrastructure and iterate fast.</li>
<li>Ensure strong fundamentals around <strong>deliverability, compliance, list hygiene, and sender reputation</strong>.</li>
