Your primary objective is to drive Value&nbsp;Creation by conducting proactive "Health Checks" on Fortune 1000&nbsp;client accounts. You will identify systemic automation bottlenecks, quantify&nbsp;the business impact of underperforming metrics, and execute configuration&nbsp;changes to return "Red" status accounts to peak performance.<br><br><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong><br><strong><br>1. Value Identification &amp; Health Checks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactive Monitoring: Analyze the Value Dashboard to identify "Red" accounts (automation drops &gt;20%) and prioritize them based on Value360 stats, churn risk, or NPS.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Diagnostic Deep-Dives: Lead technical health checks to identify top categories for automation improvement across simple (Single ERP) and complex (Multi-ERP/IR) environments.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Impact Modeling<strong>:</strong> Quantify the business impact and ROI of proposed improvements, providing effort estimations for project execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Client Engagement &amp; Strategy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Representation<strong>:</strong> Develop and present data-driven decks to clients highlighting performance gaps and "To-Be" automation targets.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Commercial Alignment (VC3): Lead interactions regarding Business Cases, price alignment, and ROI presentations to executive stakeholders.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary consultant for the client during optimization, ensuring all "delta changes" align with their business objectives and managing any escalations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Technical Execution &amp; Deployment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Rule Configuration: Design, configure, and validate automation logic and rules within the client environment to solve systemic delivery issues.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>UAT &amp; Enablement: Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, configure rules, and get client sign-off. Oversee final training execution for strategic accounts.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Production Deployment: Clone Logical Function Units (LFUs) and validated rules to the Production environment once approved.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4.
