<h3>Job Summary: </h3>
<p>HighRadius is seeking a <strong data-path-to-node="7,1" data-index-in-node="123">Strategic Field Development Representative </strong>to join our Global Strategic Initiatives team. You will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, attending high-impact global conferences to hunt for new opportunities. We aren't just looking for someone to manage a booth; we need an individual who can engage directly with prospects, uncover their pain points, and deliver<strong> </strong>Sales Qualified Leads that fuel our growth.</p>
<h3>Your Day-to-Day: </h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Event Execution & Prospecting </strong>- attending key trade shows and conferences with a ‘hunter’ mentality to generate interest in HighRadius.</li>
<li><strong>Micro-Event Strategy </strong>- plan and/or host high-touch events like executive dinners and roundtables to accelerate deal cycles for targeted accounts.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate with Sales team - </strong>identify key targets attending events and secure meetings</li>
<li><strong>Engage CFOs / Prospects </strong>to uncover their goals/objectives and nurture opportunities for our sales team to plug in and execute.</li>
<li><strong>Maintain Relationships with Prospects/Clients</strong> met at these events to keep them informed about the various things happening and keep HighRadius at the top of their minds.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Need to be Successful: </h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience</strong>: 1-5 years in B2B Field Marketing, Events, Sales role.</li>
<li><strong>Extrovert:</strong> You are comfortable walking up to strangers, initiating conversation, and steering a chat toward business value. You are not afraid of rejection.</li>
<li><strong>Metric-Obsessed:</strong> You understand the difference between a "lead" (a badge scan) and an "SAL" (a qualified meeting). You prioritize quality over quantity. </li>
<li><strong>Creative Storyteller:</strong> You prioritize learning about their hooks (emotional or professional) and create a narrative that will help them be successful.</li>
<li><strong>Road Warrior:</strong> Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time during peak conference seasons.</li>
<li><strong>Tech Savvy:</strong> Proficient in using lead capture tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.</li>
