HighRadius has been consistently recognized as a market leader by Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary </strong></p> <p>The incumbent in this role is responsible for technical and test environment support for multiple account implementation Highradius and Partner projects for O2C products</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for technical support of the product Implementation for various clients</li> <li>Own the Tickets resolution by debugging the issue and provide resolution.</li> <li>Troubleshooting Cloud UAT environment related technical issues.</li> <li>Development of tools and utility to help in reduction of technical issues.</li> <li>Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other technical documentation to empower customers and internal teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, platform , other product engineering teams to address customer feedback and improve product quality.</li> <li>Stay up to date with the latest product features, updates, and technologies through continuous learning.</li> <li>Provide accurate information about our products, services, policies, and procedures.</li> <li>Contribute to a team environment focused on achieving customer satisfaction goals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of Java development/ Java Support experience using Java</li> <li>Education: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/M.Sc/MCA/M.Tech (preferably from a top reputed university)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving ski ls, very good debugging ski ls, hands-on with technical details, and driven by results.</li> <li>Technology Stack: Java, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Micro Services</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Get&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary.</li> <li>Fun-fi led work culture (<a href="https://www.highradius.com/culture/">https://www.highradius.com/culture/</a>)</li> <li>Equal employment opportunities.</li> <li>Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur.</li> </ul>
