Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager to lead and scale recruitment operations from our Hyderabad office. You will own end-to-end hiring across non-IT domains, build high-performing teams, and be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who enjoys mentoring teams and improving recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles — from requirement intake to offer closure and onboarding.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery, quality of hires, and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of 20–30 recruiters; run daily reviews, set targets and drive consistent performance improvements.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, X-Ray/Boolean search, job portals and social media to build a robust pipeline.
- Develop talent mapping and long-term database strategies for leadership, technical and volume hiring.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs — submissions, interview conversions, time-to-fill and closure rates — and maintain accurate MIS and reporting.
- Ensure candidate experience and quality of profiles meet client expectations within agreed TAT.
- Drive hiring across diverse industries and manage delivery expectations for multiple simultaneous requirements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of strong, hands-on experience in IT and non-IT recruitment within a staffing/consultancy environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and headhunting using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital channels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale recruitment teams, with experience in daily reviews and performance management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities and meeting delivery SLAs.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations, MIS and process optimisation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in staffing/recruitment consultancy and experience handling large recruitment teams.
- Track record of driving recruiter productivity, improving conversion metrics and ensuring high-quality deliveries.
- Experience in client engagement and stakeholder coordination across multiple industries.
- Immediate joiners preferred, but open to candidates with a reasonable notice period.
