As a Marketing Manager (Customer Lifecycle) at Hero Vired, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at every stage of their journey.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Customer Lifecycle Strategy & Planning:**
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy aligned with Hero Vired's business objectives.
  • Identify key touchpoints and moments of truth in the customer journey and design targeted campaigns for each stage.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • **Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:**
  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows across multiple channels such as email, SMS, in-app messaging, and web.
  • Create customer segmentation strategies, personalized messaging, and automated nurture campaigns.
  • **Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:**
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics like CAC, LTV, engagement rates, conversion rates, retention rates, and churn metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • **Content Development & Personalization:**
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for email, landing pages, in-app messaging, SMS campaigns, and educational resources.
  • Ensure personalized content based on customer segments, behaviors, and preferences consistent with Hero Vired's brand voice.
  • **Customer Engagement & Retention:**
  • Develop initiatives to drive customer engagement and reduce churn, including loyalty programs and win-back campaigns.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing within the EdTech industry.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with marketing automation platforms and data analytics.
