Job Description

📍 Vancouver, BC | Full-time | Class 5 licence required

What you'll do

▸ Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors

▸ Conduct on-site client meetings and security assessments throughout the Lower Mainland

▸ Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and security solutions

▸ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

▸ Grow and retain existing accounts through strong relationship management

▸ Track pipeline activity and report forecasts to senior leadership

What we're looking for

✔ Previous experience in security sales — guard services, CCTV, access control, or related fields (required)

✔ Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence (required)

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills

✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role

✔ Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software

✔ Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Bonus points if you have
