Group Security Services — Sales Manager

For over 30 years, we have served clients in the construction, warehousing, commercial, and industrial sectors with reliable security personnel, technology installations, and monitoring services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and build lasting client relationships.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales pipeline — from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and managing key accounts.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the construction, warehouse, and industrial sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing
- Track leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM and sales management tools
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new client sites
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients
- Attend client site visits and meetings across the Metro Vancouver area
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role
- Prior knowledge of the construction and/or warehouse industry is required
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, lead management tools, and standard business communication applications (email, video conferencing, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the security industry — this will make you stand out
- Existing network of contacts in construction, logistics, or warehousing
- Familiarity with physical security services (manned guarding, CCTV, access control)
