Join the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority as a Comptroller in Inuvik. As a key financial leader, you will report directly to the Territorial Director, Financial Services.

The position emphasizes financial planning, budgeting, and compliance in a public-sector environment, ensuring operational accountability while supporting effective healthcare delivery across the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead regional financial planning and forecasting processes
  • Oversee quarterly variance reporting and financial reviews
  • Manage revenue streams and monitor expenditures closely
  • Deliver financial insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations Requirements:
  • Holds a recognized CPA with five years of applicable experience
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Extensive experience in financial management in complex settings
  • Background in developing operational improvements and procedures
