We are looking for a passionate educational leader to join the Lutsel K'e Dene School team. Teach a diverse curriculum while ensuring educational engagement and emotional support for students in a close-knit Chipewyan community. Your expertise in inclusive and culturally sensitive teaching will enhance classroom experiences.

• Deliver engaging instruction in various subjects
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
• Implement differentiated instruction strategies
• Support the social-emotional development of students
• Collaborate with colleagues for student success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education required
• Preferred experience teaching upper elementary grades
• Knowledge of inclusive educational practices
• Experience in Indigenous or northern communities is an asset
• Strong commitment to culturally responsive teaching
