Lead daily shift meetings to ensure the whole team understands the vision and direction for the day
Be passionate to deliver beyond what is expected

Restaurant Service Manager Qualifications

Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment -- always on the go
2-3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role in Full-Service Dining
A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
An understanding of the business of food service -- the ability to speak clearly about your P&L
A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
