Manager/Asst.Manager - FPNA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Asst.Manager - FPNA to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, and Advanced Excel. Experience with SAP FICO, Anaplan, Hyperion, and Supply Chain Finance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
• Design and implement advanced financial models using tools such as SAP FICO, Anaplan, and Hyperion.
• Provide expert guidance on supply chain finance and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience with SAP FICO, Anaplan, Hyperion, and Supply Chain Finance is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
