Job Description

Job title: RTR – Assistant Manager / Manager

Location - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

10+ years of experience RTR Record to Report, General Ledger

end-to-end processes related to Finance & Accounting. These would include General Accounting (Record to Report, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable management)

Experience in ERPs and sourcing / Procurement Tools and Digital technologies

Managed end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring high availability, operational efficiency, and seamless support across multiple customer accounts.

Owned SLA governance and customer satisfaction metrics by monitoring performance indicators, resolving escalations, and driving continuous service improvements.

Implemented proactive service quality controls through effective change management, risk assessment, and acceptance-into-service procedures.

Prepared and presented program metrics, dashboards, and governance reports aligned with the defined communication and reporting plans.

Conducted comprehensive reviews of project and program plans, covering scope, timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

Ensured adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and delivery excellence standards across all operational and transformation initiatives.

Collaborated with customer finance and technology stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and recommend scalable operational and digital solutions.

Led transformation and automation initiatives by aligning operational processes with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices.

Facilitated effective coordination and communication between onsite, offshore, and customer teams to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.

Supported planning and successful delivery of transformation programs through analysis, process optimization, and implementation of measurable business improvements.
