Job Description
As the Head Marketing Analytics & Insights, your role will involve turning data into actionable strategic insights to enhance marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI. You will lead a high-performing analytics team, establish measurement frameworks, and collaborate closely with marketing and admissions teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with overall business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing a centralised data lake/warehouse to unify data sources from various systems
- Developing data pipelines for seamless integration between CRM and marketing automation systems
- Defining data governance, quality assurance, and documentation processes to maintain data integrity
- Creating analytical frameworks and KPIs to monitor lead generation, campaign performance, admission funnel conversions, and more
- Providing insights on digital engagement, SEO/SEM effectiveness, social media performance, and website analytics
- Leading and coaching a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative, insight-driven culture
- Building executive dashboards for real-time visibility of marketing and admissions KPIs
- Preparing insights decks for top management and deans/school heads
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Marketing Analytics
- 8-12 years of professional experience with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, advanced Excel, and SQL
- Experience in building and managing data lakes or data warehouses
- Exposure to CRM integrations such as Salesforce, Zoho, Meritto, HubSpot
- Prior experience in higher education, edtech, or service-sector analytics is advantageous
