About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Inside Sales Manager with strong expertise in Digital Marketing Services and Development Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Direct Sales, International Sales, End-to-End Sales Cycle Management, and client acquisition through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation channels.
The candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities for Digital Marketing and Development Services.
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and acquire international clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, emails, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales strategies for client acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and delivery discussions.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and negotiations effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Direct Sales and International Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing Services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Web & App Development.

- Email Outreach & Lead Generation Tools
- Strong understanding of proposal writing and client conversion strategies.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

- Experience in handling international clients.

Pay: ₹38,672.48 - ₹78,997.17 per month
