Job Description
As a high-energy Manager for the Legal Tech & AI team at a law firm, your role will involve developing and defining spaces, use cases, and modules for the AI platform. You will be the primary technology leader driving AI integration into law firm workflows, knowledge processes, and backend operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting, designing, and overseeing the implementation of the AI platform, including core services, integrations, and reusable components.
- Collaborating with lawyers, knowledge managers, and product owners to identify, design, and prioritize Blueprint Law spaces, use cases, and modules.
- Leading end-to-end technical delivery for AI features embedded into law firm workflows, document processes, research, and operations.
- Defining and owning the technical roadmap for Developers and Blueprint, aligning with legal-tech vision and client needs.
- Establishing best practices for AI/ML engineering, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in a legal context.
- Designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations with law firm systems (DMS, KMS, practice management, billing, and other backend tools).
- Acting as the internal and external technology evangelist for the platformexplaining, demonstrating, and marketing AI capabilities to stakeholders and clients.
- Working closely with business and product teams to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and deliverables.
- Mentoring and guiding engineers and data/ML specialists, setting standards for code quality, architecture, and documentation.
- Continuously assessing new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep the platform at the forefront of innovation in legal tech.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in legal technology, enterprise SaaS, knowledge management, or workflow automation products is a strong plus.
- Exposure to law firm operations, legal research tools, or document automation platforms is preferred.
