As a US Bookkeeper at this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks. Your duties will include recording and maintaining accurate financial records, posting journal entries, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. You will also be preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections. Collaborating with internal teams and clients, following US accounting standards and procedures, and assisting in responding to audits or information requests will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work extensively with accounting software to process transactions, run reports, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong bookkeeping skills, including experience with day-to-day transaction recording and general ledger maintenance
• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and related financial reports
• Proficiency with accounting software and related tools, with the ability to generate and analyze reports
• Solid understanding of finance principles and US accounting practices
• Hands-on experience with journal entries (accounting), accruals, and account reconciliations
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and clients
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage time and priorities in a full-time role
• Prior experience with US-based clients or US GAAP is preferred
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
