As a Performance Marketing Manager, your role is to drive scalable, ROI-focused growth across multiple client accounts by leveraging advanced Google Ads strategies, strong analytical capabilities, and effective team leadership. - Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across Google Ads platforms.

- Manage and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly ad spends across client accounts.
- Own and manage P&L; for client accounts, balancing growth with profitability.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and event tracking.
- Handle multiple brands/accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Drive team productivity, learning, and campaign excellence.
- Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes and introduce new growth strategies.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google platforms.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand/client portfolios in a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
- Google Ads & Google Analytics certifications preferred.
