Inviting application for role of Corporate Finance - Enterprise Profit Center Accounting (Europe/General Accounting roles Profit center Regulatory reporting)-Manager

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

REGULATORY REPORTINGS:

  • Assist Regulatory Reporting Officer.
  • Assist in preparing various regulatory reporting documents relating to CSSF, BCL, CBI, FCA, CNMV.
  • Meet the deadlines of production regarding the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual.
  • Manage the CSSF and the BCL comments following up with the fund and accounting teams.
  • Set-up reporting- related routines and procedures for collecting the required information.
  • Keep updated the regulatory reporting calendar by coordinating the review of such overview with Compliance and external providers.

TRANSFER AGENT ROLE (currently HECF / BLUE NOBLE / HEREP IV/ HP SIF / HIREF, MERCATI),:

  • Be the point of contact for fund accounting teams in relation to the Transfer Agency activities.
  • Process all requests for transactions including Capital Calls, Subscriptions, Redemptions, Distributions, Rebates Transfers etc.(see attached detailed description)
  • Prepare notices using Excels macros, Workiva or JPS
  • Upload notices on JPS.
  • Update JPS for the execution of capital activity movements
  • Maintain and optimize Transfer Agency related processes, workflows, systems, and tools.
  • Make sure Investors and transaction related documents such as Subscription Agreements, Capital call notices, Investor statement, TA Checks, etc. are complete, accurate, and up to date in Coupa.
  • Maintain the investors/share/unitholders register and ensure availability at any point in time, by recording capital events and commitments in real time.
  • Reconciling cash entries with capital events and promptly escalate to management any breaks or non-compliance instances (e.g. third-party payments)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of processes including implementation of best practices and automation.
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders such as Fund teams, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, 3rd party service providers, etc.
  • Apply diligence, attention to detail, and respect deadlines.

OTHER TASKS:

  • Prepare payments in Coupa for Investors distributions and rebates.
  • Prepare and execute treasury confirmations for auditors / depositary
  • Track closely with the bank the completion of the deal transactions, distribution/ rebates payments to investors

Skills required

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business/management, economics or audit
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations in Luxembourg would be an asset
  • Knowledge of transfer agency concept within Real Estate
  • Knowledge of real estate funds activity
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Understanding of investment fund administration process
  • Able to provide work of high and consistent quality, often with tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to self-improvement
  • Curious mind with the ability to grasp concepts in a short period of time
  • Fluent in English with the ability to concisely and effectively express complex topics in a written or oral fashion.
