Your responsibilities and tasks

This job requires individuals to be focused, structured and independent. You will work with Internal Stakeholders globally and with colleagues from other departments, hence required proactive approach and excellent communication skills. You must be patient and thorough in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and ensure optimal performance and usability of applications.
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation and integrate automate approvals, notifications, data updates, etc...
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Forms) and other data sources.
• Create user-friendly UI/UX aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions and act as a trusted digital partner.
• Implement role-based access, security, and data validation.
• Maintain documentation including app design, data flow, user guides and SOPs.
• Provide application support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to organizational IT, security, and governance standards.
• Support data reporting requirements through Power BI (basic to intermediate level).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field having minimum 2-3 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint Online / Dataverse as data sources.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and automation.
• Basic understanding of Power BI and data visualization.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Approach works individually and in teams with optimism and solution-oriented Agile mindset.
• Committed to course of action to achieve goals and deliverables according to the tasks in pipeline.
• Cross Culture Intelligence. This position requires working effectively with multiple cultures around the world.
• Fluent in English (Verbal and written)

Added Advantage

• Experience with Power Platform administration and environment management.
• Knowledge of connectors, APIs, and JSON.
• Exposure to Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.
