Sanskriti International School, Kondapur, is seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Biology Teacher / Faculty Member to teach senior and senior-secondary grades (Grades IX to XII). The ideal candidate will foster a deep spirit of scientific inquiry, deliver complex biological concepts using modern interactive pedagogy, and effectively prepare students for both standard CBSE Board Examinations and competitive medical entrance tests (such as NEET).

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery & Visual Pedagogy: Design and implement highly engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Utilize modern instructional tools, such as smart boards, detailed diagrams, and 3D models, to clearly explain intricate systems (e.g., DNA replication, human anatomy, genetics, and plant physiology).
• Practical Lab Facilitation: Lead and manage laboratory experiments safely. Guide students through hands-on microscopy, dissection alternatives, bio-chemical testing, and structural identification to bridge theory with practical reality.
• Board & Competitive Exam Prep: Provide rigorous academic support to maximize student performance in Board Examinations. Deliver structured test-series, concept-mapping exercises, and application-oriented problem-solving sessions for medical entrance aspirations.
• Assessment & Analytics: Regularly design high-quality, balanced question papers, evaluate student progress, and maintain meticulous academic records. Provide constructive feedback during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
• Collaborative Contributions: Actively participate in department meetings, inter-school science exhibitions, science club activities, and professional development programs to continuously elevate the school's academic culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in Biology, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, or a closely related life sciences field (M.Sc. preferred). A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized university is highly preferred for secondary/senior secondary roles.
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of successful teaching experience in a reputed CBSE or international school environment. Fresh post-graduates with exceptional subject-matter depth and communication skills may also be considered.
