As a Marketing Leader at GE Vernova, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive rapid and sustainable growth for our organization. You will oversee multiple functional teams including Regional Marketing, Account-based Marketing, Digital and Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing to accelerate growth and deliver impactful content. Your data-driven approach and expertise in demand generation will be essential in building regional growth strategies and collaborating with sales to drive customer expansion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership to the marketing team, developing capabilities, sharing best practices, and ensuring organized execution of marketing programs
- Developing region-specific, integrated marketing plans aligned with growth objectives, customer acquisition, and retention goals
- Leading the global Account-Based Marketing center of excellence to support strategic account expansion and new logo wins
- Managing marketing technology platforms to ensure automated lead flow and intelligence, optimize digital infrastructure, and streamline processes
- Centralizing traffic management of marketing programs and executing web and digital channel strategies to optimize customer journeys
- Establishing a partner marketing function, driving GTM strategy, and collaborating on multi-channel partnership programs
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 20 years of successful track record in a global senior marketing role within a matrix environment
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in hiring and managing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Previous marketing leadership in an energy and/or software business
- Strong business acumen, project management skills, and executive presence
- Attention to detail and understanding of industry market trends
This position is based in Hyderabad, IN, and reports to the US-based Chief Marketing Officer. If you have a Masters degree or MBA, it would be preferred.
