Job Description

As a Talent Screening Specialist at Gain Well Technologies, your role will involve screening active candidates, identifying exceptional talent, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in meeting critical hiring goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, screening, and engaging top talent through the applicant tracking system (ATS) SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Conducting initial outreach and screening to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and managing overall candidate status.
  • Sending personalized templated outreach messages to potential candidates to foster engagement.
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS.
  • Promoting the company employer brand and representing Gain Well Technologies during communications.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Review resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate alignment.
  • Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and skills tests as needed.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the screening and hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reports with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to engage and attract candidates.
  • Manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet deadlines with proven time management skills.
