- Conducting initial outreach and screening to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinating interview schedules and managing overall candidate status.
- Sending personalized templated outreach messages to potential candidates to foster engagement.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS.
- Promoting the company employer brand and representing Gain Well Technologies during communications.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Review resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and experience.
- Conduct video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate alignment.
- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and skills tests as needed.
- Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the screening and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reports with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to engage and attract candidates.
- Manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet deadlines with proven time management skills.
