Designation: Senior Brand Manager – Creative & Growth

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Foxtale is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, performance-driven products. We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can own and drive creative strategy and execution across all growth channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and commerce—requiring a sharp eye for creative, a strong understanding of channel dynamics, and the ability to independently drive deployment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Management

  • Own end-to-end creative development across performance marketing, retention, and marketplace channels
  • Translate brand strategy into high-performing, platform-first creatives
  • Drive creative testing frameworks (hooks, formats, messaging variations) across channels
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice while adapting for platform-specific nuances

2. Growth Channel Integration

  • Lead creative planning for performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Oversee retention marketing creatives (CRM, WhatsApp, email journeys, push)
  • Drive marketplace creatives across B2C (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra) and B2B channels
  • Collaborate with media teams to align creative with campaign objectives and KPIs

3. Creative Deployment & Optimization

  • Own the lifecycle of creative deployment—from briefing to rollout to iteration
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize creatives for conversion and engagement
  • Build systems/processes for scalable creative production and deployment

4. Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work independently across teams (performance, retention, marketplace, design, content)
  • Act as the central POC for all growth-related creative requirements
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and output quality

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, growth marketing, or creative strategy roles
  • Strong experience in creative management for performance marketing (must-have)
  • Proven understanding of creative deployment across multiple digital channels
  • Experience working with marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
  • Experience working with agencies, creators, and internal creative teams
