AutismCOE is a growing ABA organization committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and data-driven autism services. We focus on scaling both client intake growth and clinical hiring pipelines through smart systems, automation, and performance marketing excellence.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation initiatives. The role will directly impact client acquisition, clinical hiring pipelines, and overall business growth through data-driven campaigns and AI-powered optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize Indeed Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Create high-performing ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
  • Continuously improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Align hiring and intake campaigns with real-time business needs

AI & Marketing Automation

  • Use AI tools to optimize ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting
  • Build automation workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and follow-ups (email/SMS)
  • Integrate marketing systems with CRM/ATS platforms
  • Support chatbot and automated lead qualification systems

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Manage meta titles, descriptions, schema, and landing page optimization
  • Improve organic visibility for ABA therapy and hiring-related keywords
  • Ensure tracking accuracy using Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across ads, website, and CRM funnels
  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and optimization recommendations
  • Identify drop-offs in funnel and improve conversion journey end-to-end

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Indeed Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEO, meta data, and tracking tools
  • Experience with CRM-integrated marketing systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, ABA, or recruitment marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM & ATS integrations
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, workflows)
  • Experience running hiring campaigns for clinical roles

Work Details

  • Shift: US Night Shift- 6:00PM to 3:30AM
  • Mode: On-Site only
  • Focus: Performance Marketing + SEO + Automation
