AI Automation Implementation & Growth Marketing Specialist

About Us

Axiom Machinery and its divisions, MetalPress Machinery and Dynamo Furnaces, are seeking a highly capable AI Automation Implementation & growth marketing specialist to help introduce practical AI across marketing, advertising, sales automation, and internal growth systems.

This is not just a traditional marketing role.

This is an AI implementation and marketing role.

The focus is on AI innovations. This unique role combines responsibilities in paid campaigns, SEO, content management, and lead generation across digital landscapes.

We are looking for someone who can help us design, build, and improve AI-powered workflows that drive growth and improve efficiency.

Position Overview

You will lead practical implementation of AI systems to improve:

• Lead generation
• Sales automation
• CRM automation
• Proposal automation
• AI-assisted prospecting
• Marketing automation
• Workflow automation
• Internal AI knowledge systems (future)

Responsibilities

AI Workflow Design & Implementation

• Design and build practical AI-powered workflows
• Implement automation using AI + no-code/low-code tools
• Improve repetitive business processes using AI agents and automations
• Identify where AI can improve efficiency or revenue generation
• Support execution of online paid media campaigns
• Make essential updates to the company website
• Assist with SEO on-page optimizations and improvements
• Create compelling content across different platforms
• Manage and engage on social media sites

Sales & Growth Automation

• Build AI-assisted prospecting workflows
• Build automated lead follow-up systems
• Build AI-assisted proposal/quote drafting workflows
• Improve CRM automation in Odoo

Marketing & Campaign Automation

• Build AI-assisted content systems
• Improve campaign automation workflows
• Support AI-assisted ad testing and optimization

Required Qualifications

Strongly Preferred:

• Strong hands-on AI workflow experience (required)
• Growth automation experience
• Experience building automations using tools such as:
• OpenAI ChatGPT
• Zapier
• Make
• Experience designing AI agents or multi-step automation workflows
• Experience with CRM or sales automation
• Experience with SEO principles and WordPress CMS
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and similar tools
• Strong communication and writing capabilities
• High initiative and eagerness to learn new strategies
• Strong systems-thinking mindset

Bonus If You Have:

• RevOps experience
• Odoo experience
• B2B / industrial marketing experience

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
