Role Description

WE are seeking an immediate joiner for the role of Performance Marketing Manager in the fintech or banking domain. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, driving customer acquisition, and continuously improving ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, and programmatic advertising
• Proficiency in campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, marketing metrics analysis, and deriving actionable insights
• Experience in budget allocation, bid strategies, and optimizing campaigns for cost efficiency
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in the Fintech or Banking industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
