Fourth Command is looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join its team in Jaipur for a full-time, office-based role. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns for brand communication, outreach, announcements, promotions, and lead nurturing activities.
- Create marketing content for social media posts, emailers, basic campaign communication, captions, promotional material, and other branding requirements.
- Assist with social media marketing activities by coordinating post schedules, maintaining consistency in communication, monitoring engagement, and helping improve online visibility.
- Support client event management activities such as invitations, coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, vendor communication, and execution assistance for company events, meetings, or promotional initiatives.
- Contribute to online lead generation efforts through digital campaigns, forms, databases, website inquiries, social media channels, and other online touchpoints relevant to the business.
- Assist in platform marketing activities to improve the presence of Fourth Command across digital platforms, company pages, listings, campaigns, and other online communication channels.
- Maintain campaign data, lead records, contact databases, and simple performance trackers for regular internal use.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of marketing tasks, campaign requirements, and communication activities.
- Help prepare basic reports and observations on campaign performance, social media response, lead activity, and engagement trends.
- Stay updated with current marketing trends, content ideas, and digital engagement practices to support fresh and relevant execution.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree required in BCom, Mass Media, BBA, or a related undergraduate field.
- Master’s degree is not required.
- Candidate must have a minimum academic qualification of above 7.0 CGPA in their qualifying degree.

- Good content creation ability, including writing skills for social media, email content, and promotional communication.
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and digital audience engagement practices.
- Ability to support client event management through coordination, communication, and follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of online lead generation concepts and digital outreach methods.
- Exposure to or interest in platform marketing and brand visibility across online channels.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including comfort with email tools, spreadsheets, online platforms, and documentation support.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, coordination ability, and willingness to learn in a professional work environment.
Working Model
This is a full-time, office-based role with Fourth Command in Jaipur. The office timing for this position will be 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or able to conveniently commute from C-Scheme, Bani Park, Shastri Nagar, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Ambabari, Jhotwara, or Vaishali Nagar. The role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with regular in-office collaboration, daily coordination, and a disciplined working schedule.
