Job Description

As an Intermediate Paralegal professional with a strong legal or commerce background, your role will involve supporting attorneys and legal operations by handling contract-related tasks, legal research, documentation, and process improvement activities. You are expected to have strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with US stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Organize and arrange past contract amendments within the contract repository.
Follow contract hierarchy and apply standard naming conventions as part of repository cleanup initiatives.
Classify contracts accurately based on templates and business requirements.
Review, examine, and interpret contracts related to purchases and company services.
Support attorneys by resolving routine legal issues under supervision.
Conduct legal research across statutes, judicial decisions, legal codes, articles, treaties, and constitutions to accomplish goals.
*Primary Skills (Mandatory):**
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Legal background (LLB preferred)
*Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills:**
Experience with Ariba (Preferred but not mandatory)
Contract abstraction and contract compliance experience
Knowledge of legal document review processes
Exposure to legal templates and contract lifecycle management
*Education & Experience:**
LLB or law-related qualification preferred
Commerce background also considered
