Fortune Space Matrix is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with relevant experience in the interior design industry. The role focuses on engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into successful projects through structured sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries related to interior design projects
  • Consult with clients to understand requirements, budget, and timelines
  • Present design solutions, service offerings, and pricing structures clearly
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams to align client expectations
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years as a Sales Associate or Sales Representative in the interior design / home interiors industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively
  • Basic understanding of interior design workflows and project lifecycle
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
