We are looking for a skilled and strategic Content Writer to own and execute content across our website and digital touchpoints. This role is focused on building high-quality, search-driven, conversion-oriented content that strengthens brand presence, educates customers, and drives measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in SEO content writing, along with practical working knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). They should be comfortable using modern search, analytics, and AI tools to create content that performs across search engines, answer engines, and AI-driven discovery environments.

This is not a generic writing role. We are looking for someone who understands search intent, SERP behavior, keyword strategy, content structure, optimization workflows, and performance analysis.

Special note: Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Surfer SEO will be given strong preference. Applicants should share published work samples / portfolio links, especially in beauty, skincare, or personal care.

Must-have qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in content writing / content management
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO-driven content writing
• Strong practical knowledge of keyword research, keyword clustering, search intent, and SERP analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Surfer SEO for content planning, optimization, and scoring
• Good working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Understanding of AEO and GEO concepts in modern content strategy
• Ability to develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with SEO goals, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Experience writing and optimizing blogs, landing pages, website pages, product content, and campaign content
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand consistency

Highly preferred

• Experience writing for beauty, skincare, personal care, wellness, or adjacent consumer brands
• Strong hands-on experience using Surfer SEO in a live content workflow
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows, including ChatGPT or similar tools
• Basic understanding of image generation tools for content support and creative coordination
• Ability to balance search performance with brand storytelling and conversion goals

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and optimize content for websites, blogs, landing pages, product pages, and campaigns
• Build and manage content briefs using keyword data, search intent, SERP review, and content opportunity mapping
• Use Surfer SEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console to guide content strategy and execution
• Create content aligned with SEO, AEO, and GEO requirements
• Analyze SERPs and competitor content to identify gaps, opportunities, and ranking levers
• Maintain a structured content calendar tied to business priorities and launch plans
• Collaborate with internal teams on content scheduling, publishing, and optimization
• Support content development with AI tools and basic creative-input workflows where relevant
• Track content performance and recommend updates based on visibility, engagement, and conversion data
