We’re a small and mighty team of 50 today with offices in NYC, LA, and the UK.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale FLIP’s lead generation engine. This role is about building a high-signal, scalable growth machine that converts Customer and Patient experience leaders to demo, pipeline, and revenue.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, with rigorous funnel analytics (CAC, conversion, pipeline attribution) and clear performance dashboards&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and execute structured experimentation across channels, creative, audiences, and landing pages (hypothesis → test → scale) - currently using hubspot</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Scale high-performing campaigns and audiences to grow qualified pipeline while reducing blended CAC&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Who you are</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years experience managing performance marketing for a SaaS, B2B product for enterprise companies</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage, deploy an optimize an +$100k/yearly paid ad budget</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience and ownership running paid acquisition across AEO, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, industry newsletters and site, leads from tradeshows and emerging channels</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with AEO/GEO and SEO</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
