Job Description

As a Client and Distributor Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in line with company policies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and expanding a strong distributor network across assigned geographies.
  • Driving primary and secondary sales to achieve 100% monthly targets across channels.
  • Increasing outlet coverage, line selling, and implementing perfect store templates.
  • Ensuring feet-on-street effectiveness and 100% attendance of distributor sales teams.
  • Coordinating with key outlets and resolving distributor or retailer escalations.
  • Cascading schemes, new product launches, and style codes through MOC meetings.
  • Managing distributor claims, reporting, MIS, and timely escalations.
  • Ensuring call cycle planning, adherence, and task completion through HHT systems.
  • Training, coaching, and monitoring sales associates through on-the-job guidance.
  • Tracking daily sales performance, conducting audits, and managing market benchmarking.
  • Supporting market development initiatives and channel-wise forecasting.
  • Controlling attrition of associates and supporting recruitment as needed.
  • Conducting competition benchmarking and sharing insights with BDM regularly.

Additionally, the duration of this role is 12 months, and the location is Delhi. This is a full-time/hybrid capacity position.
