Job Description
Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.
Flexing It has partnered with Our client, An Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a contract operations consultant, who will be responsible for end-to-end contract administration, including contract setup, membership validation, rebate processing support, and chargeback coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Rebate Administration
- Load and maintain contracts in SAP/Vistex as per commercial agreements and coordinate with wholesalers to ensure the contract has been set up
- Configure contract parameters: products, pricing, rebates, tiers, eligibility dates
- Ensure accurate data entry and resolve discrepancies
- Process invoices and support rebate calculations
- Partner with Finance to ensure timely payment release
Membership Management & Validation
- Add, update, and validate customer membership against contracts
- Ensure eligibility aligned with COT and contract criteria
- Perform customer verification (e.g., address validation via documentation/websites)
- Flag and resolve ineligible or incomplete member records
Reporting & Operations
- Prepare and update contract database monthly
- Manage team mailboxes and stakeholder communication
- Provide weekly updates on payments and open issues
Skills Required
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in contract operations
- Knowledge of SAP / Vistex preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective stakeholder communication
- Prior Pharmaceutical Experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (must be comfortable with v:Lookup and pivot table functions
