Job Description
As an experienced professional with expertise in MIS reporting, competitor intelligence, financial analysis, and market share tracking, you will play a crucial role in supporting business insights and competitive benchmarking initiatives for our client, a global FMCG player.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and maintain MIS dashboards and reports covering financials of listed (quarterly) and unlisted companies (annual).
- Analyze competitor performance and market share trends, including L3M and MAT category-wise movement.
- Develop competitor performance packs and management presentations summarizing key insights from financial results.
- Track BSE alerts, company announcements, and investor communications, and share key highlights with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update backend data files for competitor dashboards and ensure regular dashboard updates.
- Handle ad-hoc data and analysis requests by coordinating with business stakeholders and providing relevant insights.
- Support competitive intelligence projects and coordinate with external data providers such as PrivateCircle and Volza for database access and research.
**Skills Required:**
- Strong MIS reporting and data analysis skills with the ability to structure and interpret large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data modeling, dashboards, and data validation).
- Experience in financial analysis and competitor benchmarking using listed and unlisted company financials.
- Ability to track and interpret market intelligence, BSE announcements, and corporate disclosures.
- CA-qualified finance professional with strong expertise in financial analysis, MIS reporting, and preparing management-ready performance insights.
- Familiarity with dashboard management and data visualization tools.
- Good stakeholder coordination and research capabilities, including working with external data platforms such as PrivateCircle or Volza.
