• Spark customer interaction by publicizing store events, promotions, and activities to elevate engagement levels.
• Handle customer grievances with courtesy, proposing alternative solutions if available.
• Pass on information about restocked goods and client responses to the management team.
• Work collaboratively with your team to reach the store and company goals successfully.

Qualifications for Retail Merchandise Associate:

• Participation is limited to those who have surpassed their 16th birthday.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
• Familiar with and proficient in utilizing technology like cash registers and mobile devices.
• Proficient in both communication and customer care capabilities.
• Skill in quickly and professionally handling and resolving challenges.
• Willing to learn by gaining experience while working.

Essential Job Functions of Retail Merchandise Associate:

• Assist customers with purchases and operate the register for transactions.
• Carry and sort merchandise weighing a maximum of 25 pounds and place them on shelves that are up to 10 feet high.
• Engage in ladder climbing and various physical movements such as bending, twisting, and stooping while assisting with stocking and customer service.
• Collaborate through direct and telephonic exchanges with clients, coworkers, and managers.
• Consistently shuttle between the sales floor and stockrooms.
• Keep your focus sharp and maintain an upright stance for prolonged periods.
• Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules, which could entail working overnight shifts.
