As a Five Below associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations to ensure a fun, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications for Retail Store Sales Representative:

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, indicating flexibility.
• Adaptable and knowledgeable in the usage of technology such as cash registers and hand-held devices.

Essential Job Functions of Retail Store Sales Representative:

• Operate the cash register to facilitate customer transactions and handle payments securely.
• Maneuver and stack goods that are up to 25 pounds in weight and reach shelves that are 10 feet tall.
• Engage in ladder climbing and various physical movements such as bending, twisting, and stooping while assisting with stocking and customer service.
• Communicate through personal meetings and telephone conversations with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Continuously move throughout the sales floor and stockroom facilities.
• Sustain your attention and hold an upright posture for prolonged periods.
