Entry Level Accountant

Job Summary

A company in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a detail -oriented Entry Level Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. Duties

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Perform account reconciliations such as bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
• Enter journal entries and maintain detailed documentation of transactions.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes by verifying invoices, processing payments, and managing collections.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting requirements and assist with audit preparations by providing necessary documentation.
• Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and adjusting entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• 0-2 years of experience, internship experience accepted
• Hands on experience with advanced Excel

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
