Entry Level Accountant

Job Title: Entry-Level Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Position Overview

This role is ideal for recent college graduates looking to gain accounting experience and growth within the accounting department as the company continues to grow. The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist will support high-volume billing, collections, and cash application processes across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage high-volume accounts receivable transactions
• Perform billing, invoicing, and cash application functions
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records
• Assist with reporting and analysis using Excel tools
• Identify process improvements and contribute solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or AR-related role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Exposure to high-volume or multi-entity environments is a plus
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
