Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser based in Ellicott City, MD. The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring product displays are visually appealing, maintaining inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, and implementing strategies to drive revenue. This role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand representation and optimizing product performance across all retail locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience in Sales and Retail, with a deep understanding of merchandising best practices
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and inventory trends
• Proficiency in basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) systems; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage
