Role Overview:

As a Junior HR Executive with 1 year of experience, your role will involve supporting daily HR operations by assisting in recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and providing administrative support. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and induction of new hires
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and track attendance and leaves
  • Handle employee queries, provide HR support, and assist with payroll inputs
  • Coordinate performance management processes and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and data to support decision-making processes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Mandatory: 1 year of HR experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
