Senior Manager - Data Architecture for Power & Utilities

The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager position will have a solid background in Data Architecture and Data Modernization, particularly in the utilities sector. Your experience will include:

• Crafting and deploying large-scale AI-ready data architectures.
• Delivering business use cases across Transmission, Distribution, Generation, and Customer domains.
• Leading transformative technology projects aligned with our organizational strategy for impactful outcomes.
• Managing project timelines, costs, and quality to assure leadership of successful completion.
• Engaging with external clients and building valuable relationships.

As a Senior Manager, you will:

• Oversee the management and delivery of multiple complex projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Drive continuous process improvement through research and analysis.
• Be the go-to resource for understanding client needs and responding with robust data architecture methodologies and solutions.
• Win new business for EY and establish credibility as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and analytic technology solutions.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 12+ years of professional consulting experience, particularly in data architecture and engineering.
• Hands-on experience in architecting data solutions, including data lake implementations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of data professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of data architecture principles, data modelling, and integration.
