Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating advanced manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Additionally, you will lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive ongoing process enhancements, collect and analyse production data, collaborate with the Quality Assurance team, and work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure seamless production.

- Analyse and evaluate advanced manufacturing processes for improvement
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams for process enhancements
- Collect and analyse production data to optimize processes
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team for product quality and safety
- Work with the Maintenance team for preventive maintenance plans
- Champion initiatives to reduce waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact
- Maintain records of process changes, standard operating procedures, and best practices
- Provide training and support to Operations teams for new processes implementation
Qualifications
- BE or B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Industrial Automation
Experience
- 5-15 Years of experience in Production Process Engineering experience in OEM / Tier 1 Automotive company Role Overview:
