Deputy Manager - Production Process Engineer

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating advanced manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Additionally, you will lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive ongoing process enhancements, collect and analyse production data, collaborate with the Quality Assurance team, and work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and evaluate advanced manufacturing processes for improvement
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams for process enhancements
• Collect and analyse production data to optimize processes
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team for product quality and safety
• Work with the Maintenance team for preventive maintenance plans
• Champion initiatives to reduce waste, energy consumption, and environmental impact
• Maintain records of process changes, standard operating procedures, and best practices
• Provide training and support to Operations teams for new processes implementation

Qualifications

• BE or B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Industrial Automation

Experience

• 5-15 Years of experience in Production Process Engineering experience in OEM / Tier 1 Automotive company Role Overview:
