Responsabilités principales
- Collaborer avec les équipes (marchandisage, opérations, numérique, approvisionnement, logistique) pour bâtir budgets et prévisions et optimiser la rentabilité
- Préparer les écritures de fin de mois et les conciliations de marge brute
- Analyser les écarts et formuler des recommandations
- Produire et présenter des rapports financiers périodiques
- Suivre la performance et assurer la fiabilité des prévisions
- Améliorer les processus et outils de reporting
- Développer des modèles financiers et des analyses d’affaires
- Identifier les indicateurs clés, tendances, risques et opportunités
- Effectuer des analyses ad hoc
Qualifications
- Diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou administration (CPA/CFA un atout)
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en FP&A dans un environnement dynamique
- Solides compétences analytiques et financières
- Excellente organisation et communication
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel; expérience avec un outil FP&A (atout)
- Capacité à présenter à la haute direction
- Bilingue français et anglais

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Financial Analyst to deliver timely insights and support decision-making. This role focuses on sales and gross margin planning, analysis, and reporting across multiple retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Operations, Digital, Sourcing, Logistics) to build budgets, forecasts, and drive profitability
- Prepare month-end journal entries and gross margin reconciliations
- Analyze variances and provide clear, actionable commentary
- Produce and present regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Monitor performance, challenge assumptions, and ensure forecast accuracy
- Support process improvements and reporting efficiency
- Build financial models, business cases, and performance analyses
- Identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA/CFA an asset)
- 3–5 years in FP&A in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; FP&A systems experience is a plus
- Ability to present to senior leadership
- Bilingual in French and English
