B2C Growth Product Manager (Mobile)

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and evolve our core B2C experience and drive massive user growth. This is a high-impact and demanding role at the center of product, growth, and user experience.

Role Description

• Core B2C product - Lead the core product experience. Design and optimize Everkind’s subscription value loop, ensuring fast time-to-value and compounding retention.
• Run the day to day betting and experimentation engine - identify high impact opportunities and frame them as hypotheses. Work with design, engineering, and clinical teams to shape solutions. Translate these solutions into clear requirements for engineering to execute against. Ship, measure, and iterate on these bets.
• Insight and input gathering - Leverage analytics to identify and quantity opportunities.
• Monetization - Lead conversion strategy across trials, pricing, packaging, and upgrade paths, balancing growth with trust.
• Growth product strategy - Help to define and lead the end-to-end growth roadmap across onboarding, activation, engagement loops, personalization, paywalls, and lifecycle. Work closely with marketing to support their efforts.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of growth product management experience in consumer, mobile, and subscription products
• Strong track record of driving growth, engagement, and monetization
• Experience running experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly in a startup environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
