As Communications Specialist for Worley, you will play a key role in achieving our ambition by connecting business performance, strategy and communications. You'll be an influential partner to senior leadership, building the profile, reputation and relationships necessary to position Worley in India, while enhancing Worley's reputation as an employer of choice.
The Role
The successful candidate will partner closely with the Senior Vice President and leadership teams to analyze business performance, track strategic priorities, and deliver communications that drive alignment and engagement across India and GIDGEI.
- Be the trusted communications and business partner: Work closely with the Senior Vice President and their extended leadership to provide insight, analysis and tailored approaches that support decision-making, business performance and engagement.
- Drive performance insight and alignment: Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, anticipate needs and align with broader business priorities.
- Plan and deliver communications: Develop and manage communications that build clarity, consistency and engagement across India and GIDGEI.
- Support strategic initiatives: Plan, coordinate and track key initiatives, ensuring progress is monitored, actions are followed up and priorities executed effectively.
- Enable leadership effectiveness: Coordinate leadership activities and governance forums, including agendas, materials and tracking outcomes.
- Develop compelling materials: Create key messages, presentations and materials that simplify complex information and reinforce Worley's strategy.
- Prepare insights and briefings: Develop briefing materials, background notes and insights to support leadership engagements.
Collaborate: Work closely with Corporate Affairs, Marketing and business leaders to ensure consistency and minimize duplication of effort.
About You
You are a driven and analytical professional with strong business acumen and communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- Approximately 5+ years of related experience working within a large organization with an emphasis on communications and/or business analysis
- A track record of managing multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Proven ability to translate complex data, insights, and concepts into clear, actionable outputs for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop presentations, briefings, and materials across formats
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and show the impact of their work
